There's tons of DSBMslop from eastern europe just not a lot of pioneers
I think this is because slavs actually like more straight up emotional stuff meanwhile swedes have to make all DSBM into pedophile circus music so the style only lended itself towards straightforward melancholy later in its existence
There's also a lot of slav bm that basically just sounds like DSBM but doesn't qualify because of the lack of aesthetic overlap
