if any of the home movie episodes are kinda based on small's real life, it makes sense he'd turn out to be a metalfag. normies need to understand the show is a parody of metal. if i can be autistic anywhere it's 4chan--i'm tired of one of my favorite genres of music being made a joke out of. i'm not humorless i just...don't like getting bukkaked with normie referential humor if i talk about metal. fuck.

I actually want to start a doom band and I'll have to get some bitch to do the vocals for me. Idk which would fit it the most, Marcolin style operatic vocals or those dreamy ones drowned in reverb like on the first Windhand album. It won't be stoner shit THOUGH. I don't remember what kind of vocals Messa have.

Why they want to erase metal history? Bands like Europe, Poison etc. helped to shape the metal of the 80s, but on Metal-Archives they are not given any credit
To me it seems they are on a power trip in a sense they want to re-write history

Finnish DM in general was irrelevant until the late 00s/early 10s, when newer bands started to name Finndeath as an influence.
The only relevant export Finland had was power metal, and the extreme power metal that followed like CoB/Wintersun.

Varg Vikernes about the Finnish people (direct quotation)
>Even the elves were somewhat alien, as Tolkien used Finnish when he created their language - and used the Finns as a model when created them. They actually have a lot in common with the Elves too, as they live in what is basically a large forest (Finland) east of the Scandinavian mountains ("The Grey Mountains"). Earlier they lived in Northern Russia, in the vast ("Myrkwood"? [Darkwood]) forest just west of the Ural mountains. They are also a very fair (blonde) people, and like the elves they are somewhat silent, melancholic, special and distant. Mysterious, if You like. To me, the language of the elves sounded alien and incomprehensible - just like Finnish is incomprehensible - while Orcish and Black Speech obviously was based on the language of my forefathers. So Uruk-Hai as a band name was a logical choice.

Then, if you want to level up and make some music that isn't generic BM slop, get max/MSP and start experimenting.
