to further my point, the problem with the UK is that it is not even a tech adapt nation anymore and its users are now just useless. I would say that if you people so much want to be filtered from the rest of the internet, you are so useless to us, it may not even be a big loss or a loss at all. Britian no longer can provide anything to the world that the world cannot provide for itself. Its a paper tiger economy that produces nothing and all the people in it that live somewhat well work in some financial mumbo jumbo print-money industries and the jobs are useless. in regards to /g/, a mass ban of all UK users will not even be noticed. No tech will go behind.
I hate to advocate for censorship as usually this means that I too will be a victim of these laws, but the British people are so fucking useless that maybe... I should welcome it?
I hate having to support these laws and I do think that these laws will make the world a terrible corpo shit space.... but ... does the world really need the Brits? Maybe they should be self segregated and filtered from the rest of us.... its their laws that put them in their prison of a country after all.... they voted for it.... they voted to be prisoners.... they like their chains.
