there is nothing unique to KPop about what's being described here
In the US, culture is a business and our biggest export. And post 2000s US culture is the corporate memphis of cultures.
We just homogenize, deracinate, and repackage culture in small bite-size portions so that we can sell to the lowest global common denominator
It's not because Americans are uniquely bad or evil but because we have historically taken an industrial approach to culture and we strip mine other cultures in search of cultural gold the same way corporations strip mine africa in search of actual gold.
You see it in things such as remakes of TV shows and movies that almost always result in inferior products because the local flavor and nuance that made them good has been removed.
We're currently in the process of doing this to kpop and anime and so you'll start to see irritating American corporate tics start to show up in these media, most notably speech codes (our own shitty version of keigo) and -of course- diversity.
But kpop has another problem. Niggers are very territorial about their music because although PBS teaches us that actchually blacks invented everything, niggers know in their hearts that they have't done shit so they're fiercely protective of the one thing they actually have: dey culcha
and while other americans don't care for blacks, in the abstract, we enable their excesses and protect them from the outcomes.
The upshot is that kpop will end up with some sort of racial rent extraction for niggers. Probably through some quota system.
And remember that niggers have that hoodrat temperament and a chip on their shoulders so when you spend enough time with them up close they'll start to resent you and wonder out loud why they aren't featured more prominently everywhere
