It is their mid album imo from their new at the time post scott raynor era but before their matt skiba era. It isn't as poppy as enema but it isn't as experimental and mature as their self titled. It is just middle of the road. It is skippable and forgettable for me..

I like AM, but Dookie is definitely the better one, AM aged worse because it was mostly a sappy love story disguised as a political album (only the title track and Holiday are political, the rest is sappy rock opera with social commentary)

As of TOYPAJ, i always felt it was Enema Part 2, but Enema feels more organic and fun than TOYPAJ, since blink wanted a more serious album but their label forced them to keep the silly party songs, it was also when they started to get burned out

I love this album but the greatest pop punk album of all time? No. Definitely in the top 20 but greatest of all time as in this is the absolute peak of this genre and it doesn't get better than this? As much as I love the album, I can't agree with that.
I'd pick crush, boyfriend, heartbreak by the unlovables. Pure pop punk, not poppy punk or punky pop but pop punk through and through. Every song off the album is a consistent 8 or above, only dipping to 7 with one or two tracks. Just my humble opinion
