I have a young child, what car should I buy so that he can grow up to have fond memories about? Even if he doesn't become a car enthusiast? I currently have a v6 mustang (lol) but I want a sedan to make life a bit easier.

For example, I have fond memories of my dad's subaru outback as a kid, getting picked up from school, road trips, etc. Outbacks aren't enthusiast cars, but it created a nice comfy core memory.

The WRX seems like a pretty cool and affordable 'dad car,' what do you think?

E39 530i, because E39s are the best sports sedan overall that there is, and STRAIGHT 6 models with M-Sport suspension are perfect out of the box

My weeblet car would sell for 4k. What other reliable manual car under 1.5 tons that sends at least half to the rear wheels with wishbones can I get for that?
