Did my first oil change on a cbr500ra. Service manual said 2.7L (3 quart) on a change. Put in 2.5L after draining figuring I'd top up a bit more if it needs it, but the sight glass is showing overfilled. (Idled for 3 minutes, using phone camera checking I'm on the bike upright)
Did notice a bit of smoke come out, figured it's a bit overfilled no big deal.
Checked my drain containers, ~2.4L was drained

Tried to siphon some out, didn't work, cracked the drain plug let ~300m drain. Stood upright and checked again, still overfilled.
Did it again another 300~500ml, still over the top line, now the oil light is blinking, still overfilled somehow
Cracked again still not above the sight line.

Oil is now obviously underfilled by like 1L, what the fuck am I doing wrong

The Bolt is actually the worst cruiser on the entire market. Its straight line power is barley passable, its ride is unstable, the engine fucking slams into your knees, the bike feels weird to keep up when stopped, it has awful peg placement that is neither true blue cruiser or almost foot below style some new cruisers have to appeal to non-cruiser riders but an uncomfortable compromise, it's fucking heavy (weighs almost 70lbs more than the Nightster and Rebel 1100 for less power and displacement), the cable clutch and throttle is heavier and worse than old ass ran through bikes going past 30 years, and the air box looks like a plastic tumor on already not that great looking v-twin that your knee is going to hate as it splays your legs like an Amish girl on Rumspringa. It's terrible on the highway, it's too boat like for around town, and it will look shitty in your garage.
Fuck the Bolt. I have no clue what retards are buying those pieces of shit.

I'm in a conundrum:
I live with housemates/coworkers and we have a garage that is big enough for a single car, said space is reserver to one of my housemates EV and we all carshare to work with him for free because of it.
My 'ku can fit behind his car but it means asking him to move his car out of the way every time i want to ride and again when i'm back from a ride and that's what i've been doing since now but it's starting to be annoying for both me and him so i'm debating if i should just buy a cover and leave it outside and put it back in only for when i'm away from home or in winter, a disk lock and a a high quality cover should do the trick, right? it's parked right under a camera and it's a high income chill place so not worried about it getting stolen but more concerned about weather/humidity/getting tipped over in case of rain/storms.

Royal Enfield made a Diesel baik and it has achieved legendary status over here. The only problem is its a single and the vibration is crazy apparently. They came in 50cc, 70cc and 90cc in the UK, with the 50 and 70 basically being the same bike and the 90 being slightly different. You can put a big bore kit on the 90, but you'll gain like a whopping 0.5 hp or something. There's also a Chinese 125 engine that installs right in, but it doesn't have the centrifugal clutch gearbox
