Cvt is fine until you get to tuning and the clutch only engines at whatever high rpm you need it at. You might as well turn your throttle into an on/off switch at that point. if you go the tinkering route, I suggest getting a 2 stroke. 4 strokes make no power.

In the end I had to kickstart it so hard the kickstarter broke off once
new one is sadly 4 stroke, but EFI means never having to deal with a carb again which is a win
I still have another carbed 2 stroke 50cc sitting around, but its out of comission atm
