There are SOME roundabouts in US but the proportion between lights and roundabouts is nowhere near comparable.
There are parts of Europe where basically every intersection is a roundabout, whereas in US you can drive for hours without ever seeing one, especially if you aren't driving around suburbs (and why why would you do that as a yurotard tourist?)
Conversely, you can drive in Europe for hours without seeing a light intersection (* in some regions, outside local capitals), while in US every hicktown has several.
Poland for example feels almost American (as far the main road network goes), whereas UK is completely inside out and upside down, and not just because they are driving on the wrong side.
