A large percentage will lie, cheat, steal and pee in the public pool no matter what you try to teach them about morality and acceptable behavior. I think with the emergence of AI a lot of those who have been in their slumber when it comes to all of this, thinking "oh it's not so bad" are finally starting to see through the veil because now they will have to question and not blindly accept because of how persistent the usage is.
This reminded me of a famous photo of the previous king of Norway who the press called "Folkekongen" meaning the king of the people as if he was a regular human being because of photos such as this when he in 1973 took the tram during the "oil crisis" instead of using his limo. Lots of rumors about him circulating in the grapevine and in those days such things were much easier to suppress. In my opinion a staged photo, but sold to the masses as a random snapshit from a professional photographer who just happened to be there.
