Definitely not possible for fashion. Straight men dont care about clothes and dont spend much money on clothes. If you have the eye of a straight male you have lost before you started. Your look will target the lowest possible spending group in fashion and hence they will hire somebody else.
Focus on anything other than fashion and you will be fine.

That is how it traditionally worked. Photographer takes photos, model sleeps with photographer to get the best photos. You need to be wealthy and have many social connections to make it work.
