1) Move away from Nazi Poland. Even in my country with some rather fucked laws, it's legal to photograph people in public areas. Private areas are up to the building/site owner, but security guards still can't touch you without being sued for assault lmao.
2) How fucking hard is it to go "Hi, do you mind I take your photograph?". I reckon 70%+ of people already don't want to be a subject, and you having charisma or not isn't going to change that. If you can't stammer out a single full sentence to a stranger I feel bad for you.
3) How is this a problem? If you missed the "don't", then look for events or festivals and time your streetphotog.
4) Hat. Shades. Don't dress like a serial killer. If you're 400lbs or otherwise a bacne covered wristlet, then you're out of luck. But, dressing neatly and basic hygine will net you the biggest improvement here.

If you want to go B-2 stealth mode, get a remote shutter (not the apps, fuck those, I mean a literal remote control) and hide it in your pocket. Tape over your AF aid so it doesn't trigger (some cameras do this) when you hit the remote. Hang the camera in plain sight on your chest, but keep your hands off it for the most part. Play with the strap length until it sits somewhere where you're happy with the composition. Turn on silent (electronic) shutter. Wear a dark or black shirt to help the camera blend a little.
Bam. You now have the ability to take photos without anyone realising you're taking photos. Sure the camera is there, but you're not using it as far as any normie can tell.
Yes, the composition isn't going to be great. No, a 30mm APS-C lens isn't going to be wide enough for this to be ideal. But there's your stealth build.
