I caught my ex wife eating from the trash on numerous occasions. She fished out a burger she threw out 3 hours earlier and finished it, I’ve thrown out chips just to see her finishing them despite me telling her “I’m throwing these out”. Have you tried the pan method where you throw a splash of water and cover it? Sometimes it's better than when it was fresh, the bottom gets crispy and the cheese melts again.
