The only time England pitch slapped Russia was the Crimean war that resulted from Russia invading Moldova (and precursor state of Romania). The kikes have a grudge against the Russians for a number of reasons:

1. Communism failed.
2. Eventual Pogroms.
3. Putin stopped the kikes strip-mining Russia after the fall of the Soviet Union.

They also require a permanent basket of enemies to justify the perpetual growth of the MIC.
They're at the point now where the Americans are getting very little bang for their buck in terms of military spending despite constantly increasing the budgets.
