Go to Walmart and start acting like you're out of your mind. Get drunk if need be. Act so crazy that when they call the cops, the cops don't take you to jail, they take you to a 72 hour psych-hold. When you get out of there you'll have to go before a board of doctors and they'll decide how you're labeled upon your release. You're going to shoot for mentally ill so that you can't work for the state in any positions requiring you to be armed (you might lose your ability to buy guns legally for a while but there's ways around that).
