I think brown people have a higher prevalence of ADHD. That's why food culture is such a big deal because every little gesture is intepreted as a direct compliment or insult. So, what is the point of eating "Surströmming" if probably 99% of the people hate it and the one that likes it just covers it's taste with other ingredients? Can't you eat canned fish in a proper way? I eat tuna out of the can no problem, but it tastes fresh and definitely not rotten.
