Why are trannies so narcissistic?

They are trannies because they are narcissists.
They've created a false ego for themselves from which they can shield their insecurities from the world and gives them a de facto method to deflect away any criticism of them.

If you criticize a normal person, they feel hurt. Maybe they stop doing the thing they're criticized for.
If you criticize a narcissist however, they are too emotionally fragile to accept being hurt. They'll deflect any criticism by discrediting the critic. For the tranny narcissists, the de facto shield from criticism is that you're transphobic.

They’re not all, but some are, just like some heterosexual cis people are.
Basically you’re more likely to notice a narcissistic trans than a humble trans, as the humble ones won’t be in your face about it.
