Seamless cnc isn't like a huge deal besides the programming. Look at the state of everything around and tell me where seamless? You'll just get RE and then complain when your initial has been dropped by hundreds of thousands and then you've been replaced once again.

β€œ... the pithecoids, the orang-outang, the gorilla, and the chimpanzee can, and as the Occult Sciences teach, do, descend from the animalized Fourth human Root-Race, being the product of man and an extinct species of mammal – whose remote ancestors were themselves the product of Lemurian bestiality – which lived in the Miocene age. The ancestry of this semi-human monster is explained in the Stanzas as originating in the sin of the β€œMind-less” races of the middle Third Race period.” (β€œThe Secret Doctrine” Vol. 2, p. 683)

You have to know the thread pitch - is it a coarse thread or fine thread? That will determine how much thread engagment you get. First understand your thread pitch, then you could get a hand tap and see if you get enough thread engagement based on depth. Alternatively can use a Helicoil insert possibly

Watched an hour long seminar by a guy who studies African languages: "African Language and the African Mind" on youtube if you don't want to click the link. Before white people contacted Africans, they literally had no language relating to precision. They are not capable of abstract thought. If you asked an African how far a coconut up is up a tree, they could not tell you. Must watch for anyone who wants to increase the accuracy of their racism.

Lol why do people want so bad to pretend apes or any animals are somehow on par with humans. Every video of an orangutan using tools is the product of months/years of teaching. An orangutan would never learn to use human tools by themselves. They don't even compare to actually mentally retarded people. All the sign language or any other means of "communication" taught to apes is just the ape figuring what's the sign to show to get food. Many other "dumb" animals can be taught to use certain tools too or to ask for food in a certain manner

wrong dumbass, edm still uses a wire to cut or some kind of electrode.
the part in the op wasnt even edm cut it looks like it was cut on some kind of 5 axis mill which is what makes it so impressive, because making 2 parts that go together like that off the machine is pretty hard to do.
obviously they still ground that face but thats just to make the seam blend in

First of all, once subdividing inches becomes nonsense, you use gauge.

Second of all, everyone uses metric for high-precision engineering purposes anyway. Anything below maybe 1/16th of an inch you’re using millimeters. Inches are used for everyday life because they’re far more convenient.

got it done and he came to get the parts. so i asked why the fuck that hole had to be tapped so deep and full thread?
he looks at me cross eyed and says

Yeah. Fucking great for NPT's though. You free up tons of tool pockets and prevent having to change out tooling. Also keeps heat down so it can prevent work hardening steel or galding aluminum.
Formed threads will always be superior to cut threads since they compress the metal instead of being cut into it though.

They seem to also lack any notion of gradients. No adjectives or adverbs to speak of either.

The Aryans were actually the first to develop a lexicon for numbers. It’s a remarkable feat if you think about it. The ancient aryans were truly amazing people. I’m so furious that we’ve been denied our own history and cultural heritage because Jews are frightened by the very word Aryan.

It’s kinda need how lactose tolerance works. When I go for a decent span without drinking milk, I’ll get milk farts on the first glass after going without for some time. Then it’s like my body produces a bunch of whatever enzymes I need, and within a week I can drink all the milk I want an no farts. But I still digest it fine even with milk farts. lol.

I honestly feel badly for people who can’t enjoy the manifold benefits of milk. Milk is not only incredibly delicious, it’s astonishingly nutritious. Especially the raw unpasteurized milk we get up in northern New England (cows LOVE cold climates). My hair, fingernails and skin are significantly improved by milk. I also put on muscle very quickly when I drink a lot of milk. Everything feels better…it’s almost as if you can feel how happy your bones are from it.

The gap has tightened a lot in the last decade. I’d say they’re actually better at precision up to a certain price point, as in they can now hold +/- .003 tangents on a milled 5 axis aluminum part for a whole lot cheaper, with a a scrap rate that’s only about 1% or 2% higher. That was unthinkable twenty years ago. For really advanced stuff they’re still behind. They can do it but the scrap rate is way higher.

It's not that simple, because melting ice or evaporating liquid water in itself requires a set amount of energy, without the temperature changing.
>water cannot cool below 0Β°C until the entire thermodynamic unit is frozen solid
Naturally other systems also don't take this into account, but it's a specific weakness of Celsius.
>300% of heat goes into melting ice 0-4Β°C
>100% heat goes into heating the water from 4Β° to 99Β°
>literally cannot heat above 100Β° and it again takes like 300% of energy to evaporate
Doesn't make any fucking sense, strictly speaking.

Production is another story, In one of my companies I worked at, a top 2 Oil Field Services Company, we designed and purchsed $40k complex machined parts that went into Million-dollar Measurement / Logging While Drilling Tools. We inspected parts with hundreds of features (Drilled & Tapped Holes, Pockets, Bosses, etc). We had a Million Dollar Zeiss Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM) to inspect each feature during Receiving Inspection. You part is bad, send it back. Another bad Part? Personally I do not see any particular advantages to Celsius, specifically because it is not linear in terms of energy. It works great from ~4Β°C to 99Β°C, but not outside of this, so you might as well use Kelvins, the actual standard scientific unit. More simplistically it's okay from 0-100Β°C, but that's how a yokel would use it.

No one uses decimal places when discussing temperatures in Fahrenheit. There literally is no need because the perception of half of a degree would be imperceptible almost.

The problem with SI cucks is that they think that everyone is a fucking engineer or needs precision when discussing pretty layman shit. How the weather or temperature in a room feels shouldn't need fractional units.

First the majority of the cavity is roughed out with only .001" of stock left. Then you RAM EDM both male and female halves. Then you surface grinding the mating parts so you can't tell them apart once joined.
The RAM EDM electrode face is machined out of copper graphite or copper tungsten and it takes multiple electrode faces to get the accuracy required. And the machining stepover for the electrode is .0006" or smaller. The surface finish shown on those parts is electroless nickel or an acid polish and the tolerance on that process is tiny but also has to be accounted for.

No, that's how the process goes. I do CNC programming for ram EDM electrodes as my main job. Lathe inserts are made using carbide-faced tooling and the negative for the surface features you want to end up in the final parts during axial pressing is added using RAM edm electrodes. The electrode is a softer and electrically conductive material, so machining it is fast and easy to do with a perfect surface finish. You then use the electrode to burn the face of the carbide which you wouldn't be able to machine using any other method aside from maybe CNC grinding. But that has a lot of limitation on the minimum sizes of the features you can end up with.

When I was younger I recoiled at the idea of a fish sandwich from McDonald's but I still remember the first time I had it circa 2002 on a Friday when I decided to throw caution in the wind and get the Filet-O-Fish McDeal. Was it life changing? I wouldn't go quite this far but it certainly was an eye opener.

No, it might not be my usual or even a frequent companion in my car, but the Filet-O-Fish holds a special place in my heart. The soft steamed bun is like a heavenly pillow that holds a perfectly crisp and flaky patty of sustainable Alaskan pollock. The tartar sauce is impeccable with just the right amount of tanginess and the perfect creamy companion to the patty; it really does tie everything together. Cheese on fish? I wasn't a believer either but that slice of processed cheddar cheese, invariably perfectly melted like you see in the ads, is a magnificient addition. Possibly superfluous, I can't say for sure because I've only had one with cheese, but I have faith that the McDonald's creators knew what they were doing when they added it; they tend to perceive the gestalt of each menu item in a way that most of us simply cannot.

I am a fan of juxtaposing textures and I concede that the Filet-O-Fish does not have a contrasting crunch to balance the impossibly soft steamed bun and generous helping of tartar sauce. But you know what? It works. God knows why but it works, it really does. I sometimes alternate bites with their world famous fries, refreshing every so often with an ice cold Diet Coke that cleanses my palate and readies me for the next delightful bite.

For me, it will always be the McChicken. But when I'm feeling adventuresome or just want a change from the usual perfect sandwich, I go for the Filet-O-Fish.

It depends on the grade percentage. But grinding it doesn't require as exotic of a stone composition as you might think. Most of the ceramic grinding wheels have a higher average hardness than the carbide will (58 to 62 RwC).
Things only get fucky when you're trying to TURN something that is solid tungsten carbide on a lathe, or worse has tungsten carbide inclusions in it. That's when PCD (polycrystalline diamond) tools are required, and even then you'll go through them fairly quickly.
