As for statehood, realistically the two state solution is probably the best chance for peace. You could try a one state solution in the area of Palestine/Israel, with Jews and Muslims living together, but there would probably be violence. So a two state solution is probably more realistic.

I think I have every speech case related to the riots. I'm writing a massive post on the Lucy Connolly case and our two tier justice system. There was one woman who said similar things to Lucy and plead guilty to the same charge. She was given a suspended sentence. However, unlike Lucy, she made her comments while the riots were occurring. Lucy made and deleted hers before any disorder happened. The idea the police, CPS, and judges were just following orders from parliament is utter nonsense. They had discretion, but chose to use it to condemn Lucy. Carla Foster, who illegally procured drugs and aborted her 34-week pregnancy, was given compassion by the same appeal court judges that denied Lucy's appeal. They put heavy focus on the fact Foster had other children. Yet two of them are adults. The other one was 14. Whereas Lucy's daughter was 12. Arbitrary.
