>>509076937 (OP)Because college itself (at least in it's current state), is not designed for men, let alone hard-working decent, traditional men. It's basically just for women to be able to feed and clothe themselves by studying useless topics and get some bullshit job with DEI and answering emails.
It's a system for women, that's why women attend college more often than men and why men are more frequently skipping out on it. Things like BA's are generally just studying normally interesting topics but with the added stress of exams, debt, and classrooms. Not saying it has no utilities to the decent man, but most of the programs are of no interest to men, which is why there are so many frat bros, who go just for drinking and girls, and so many Asians.
I think that college should be restricted back into what it was pre-WW2. Back then, it was insanely expensive, and especially Ivy League was in all ways EXCLUSIVELY for the children of rich, white, Anglo-Germanic men. Most colleges were operating far below capacity and had exceptional professors, small class sizes, and a rigorous curriculum and tradition. Business, Law, Natural Sciences and Medicine were all taught at these institutions, not BA's and societal disciplines. They were very good, and prepared children for entry into the elite-working life, perpetuating general wealth with a good education. It makes sense why most royal families throughout history pushed for their children to receive the highest-quality education possible. Ivy League was a great way to do this. Then came the GI Bill after WW2, letting the working-masses come to college and study all sorts of different crap, and there came degree hyperinflation and it became a profit-based business, elites moved their children to more and more exclusive universities and campuses etc.
Even back to the middles ages, university was designed for people who wanted to study a) Theology b) Law or c) Medicine, and maybe science.
It was never meant for the masses.
