Illegal immigration is basically giving up your ability to make any kind of demarcation in the first place including in preventing murders or drug/human traffickers.

Legal immigration must be limited to a certain set of criteria which includes a moderate grasp of English, no past/future criminal records, agreement to earn your own way, and limited numbers so integration can properly occur (probably something less then 1% of our current population each year). Educated people should be prioritized over uneducated people as well since we can only allow a limited number and that ultimately benefits our country more.

Ensures that:
