There are thousands of copies of ancient manuscripts going back to 200 BC before Jesus was born in the form of scrolls, books, and fragments. All prove the Bible is still the same after 4 thousand years of compiling. There have been attempts of tampering but those were pointed out immediately and modern Bibles point them out. You can see these manuscripts online to this day.

The Dead Sea Scrolls(along with other discovered manuscripts and papyri down the ages) proved the Bible was unchanged the entire time. The DSS were discovered in 1946. Other manuscripts like Alexandrian Codex(400AD), Codex Ephraemi Rescriptus(450AD), Codex Sinaiticus(330AD), Codex Boernerianus(850AD),Codex Claromontanus(550), Codex Augiensis(850AD), Minuscule 365(12th century), Minuscule 442 (12th century), Lectionary 60(1021), Uncial 061(5th century), and more were around and used to make Bibles.
