What is a woman past 35 doing? Unless she's a glorified nanny she's a 100% waste of resources. If the majority of men died young civilization literally couldn't exist.
In fact look at today. If it wasn't for 65+ boomers, everything would have long collapsed into an entirely different society like the dark ages. a man's productivity can span 2 generations of wars, famines, epidemics etc. It's always old men who near-effortlessly drive civilization as a typical man simply increases his skill and knowledge until he dies. In fact in anthropology the only way the existence of women is justified past age 35 is entirely as cleaning tools and nannies and to prevent men from being too distraught by the loss of their wives.
