Finasteride works fine for me I get the 100x5mg (41€) and I take 1/4th of them daily
Will it affect your hormones yea obviousy but my libido still works fine
It definitely halts the hair loss, at least for me, since it reduces DHT
If it doesnt you can help with other supplements such as zinc maca d3 ginkgo citrulline/beetroot etc.
with a transplant you are also supposed to be taking it otherwise the hair might look weird when the hair behind the transplant keeps receding
obviously you can also improve other areas of your life, or your style or something, nice clothes and having everything else put nicely in life will always help
