Note that it doesn't say that only members of the militia can have guns.
It clearly states we need militias, so citizens must have access to guns.

the NFA is a direct violation to your rights. a proper second amendment would include the statement that the government cannot interfere in the firearm regulation, not just a militia. (see: the new second amendment, urutau design document.)
