I mean, I don't blame women if that's literally how we taught them. Pregnancy was always taught as a negative thing. I remember a girl did get knocked up and everyone, including the teachers, openly shit talked her and used her as a had example until she dropped out. I know now she has four kids, married a fire fighter, and she seems pretty good with life compared to the girls now pushing 30 and still acting like kids.
What if instead education celebrated motherhood and child rearing? I'm sure the outcomes would be significantly different.
