Single player. Old pc adventure games, puzzle games, walking sims, art games, and before they got intolerably gay RPGs. Haven't played an fps since the days of local co-op and LAN parties being the norm. The first 3 Halos were such great games to me becuase the setting and characters were interesting and engaging. Try hards and people taking competitive play super serious have always made games uninteresting to me. I did play some quake 2, unreal tournament, and streetfighter back in the day and there's always been some sweats but back then even competitive play was still mostly just casual fun. They're just games. I don't like soulsborne or most modern horror games either. Most horror relies way too much on cheap tricks that are transparent to me and so the tension is just annoying and soulsborne games are intentionally obtuse in terms of lore to try to make things more deep and interesting than they actually plus punishing difficulty curves for the sake of it are a boring gimmick. On the flip side i also hated the era of Telltale games and their glorified choose your own adventure quicktime event simulator though equally contradictorily I did like heavy rain in it's day which was also very much a choose your own adventure quicktime simulator. I really liked the old dragons dogma despite its world feeling unfinished becuase there was room for deep skill expression and complicated combo mechanics but it wasn't mandatory, I never played the second. Achievements in games are only something I care about insofar as they're like a tracker and tell me when I've seen all there is too see and when there's nothing more to do but tedious bullshit.

Depends what you’re doing, I do 3 full body workouts a week with the longest being an hour. Goes heavy, light, medium in terms of weight, less rest time on the lighter days. Only been injured when I’ve done really stupid shit like deadlifting without checking my form and assuming cable exercises would target the exact same muscles

I do this not just for health but overall fitness with running and swimming on my off days, and I do a couple of big hiking challenges a year. Endurance really helps there
