What the fuck am I supposed to do??? What the fuck do I even ask during their interviews???? I’m applying to work a job and receive funds for my work. Is it not relevant to ask what my responsibilities and salary will be???? I’m so tired bros….

You have to ask questions that make it sound like you’ll worship them and jump when they say jump:
1) What could I do in this job to make your life easier?
2) What are you looking for in a successful (job)?
3) Where do you see this company/department/team in 5 years?
Ask these, they’ll respond “great question” to at least one of them, remember you for your “great questions” and bring you back for another interview if not hire you.

The problem a lot of you have is you don’t really understand what junior level wage labor is. It is literally as close as you can get to being a serf/slave in the modern world without actually being one. The only real differences between serfs and wagies are wagies get paid and are expected to be eager and humble in exchange. That’s it. Yes, there was a time where people who went to good schools and entered bonafide careers with employment gaps were able to have higher standards. That’s not you. Careers are dead, competition is at al all-time high due to automation, immigration, outsourcing, and off-shoring, and now DEI policies as well as the generally fake superficial corporate culture has encroached on your ability to even go to a decent school let alone a good one and become a revenue generating asset. So think about it. Most of you don’t generate revenue and won’t ever make management or the executive team because you don’t have a pussy or melanin. So where do you fall on the P&L? You’re an operating expense. The incentive is to pay you as little as possible to do as much as possible with as ego stroking an attitude for your superiors as possible.

I'll be honest, OP, every job I've ever gotten was because I knew somebody who vouched for me. Not to say that I wasn't qualified and didn't deserve the positions on my own merits, but it's a whole lot easier to get a job if you have the right connections. Do you know anyone with a little bit of clout who can talk to you up to a potential employer?

LOL, I got denied a job because I asked about promotion culture within the company. The bitch interviewin me had been wit the company for nearly 25 years and hadn't directly promoted anyone beneath her that entire time. She only had one example of a dude leaving the company for a better position while under her tutelage.

Giga-based. Also, this Anon is correct. Interviews can be intimidating, but learn how to be cool in that setting. Crack a few jokes and act like an actual human being. Show you want the job but don't give the impression that your life depends on it. As much as employers want to know if you'll be a good worker, they also want to know how you'll fit into the workplace culture since they'll be around you every day.
