I lived in Norway for 2 years. There's more than a couple common phenotypes. A lot with dark hair.

Blue eyes are untrustworthy. I see a blue eyed person and I think, "is this a serial killer? Is this a school shootet? A Nazi?"

Brown eyes are more friendly and welcoming.

Most significant achievements in western civilization have been by men with brown hair and/or brown eyes, and I can't think of any of them that had the Dolph Lundgren phenotype.
I never hear anyone describe Schwarzenegger as "Nordic" or use him as a reference for Nordic superiority / white master race. It's always only big blonde + blue guys.
