>>510298016Idk, it's not bad. You just need to adapt things from other cultures. Barszcz, bialy I czerwony, is very good. Especially zurek (bread, eggs, sausage, ham, horseradish). Pierogi are good, just actually realise you can use something other than cottage cheese and potatoes. Like mushrooms, sauerkraut, or veal and pork. Pierogi are best fried imo.
Golumpki (I don't know how to spell it) aka cabbage rolls are also very good, depending on who makes them. Some of the other stuff is good too. Only problem is that people aren't aware of all the different vegetables that are able to be grown in the climate. Doesn't always need to be potatoes and cabbage.
