I think he was a freelancer who worked with multiple governments including the US. He would offer his intel file on a subject in exchange for money, in some cases the subject would offer Jeff money to keep things quiet.
This opens a can of worms if officially disclosed.
If the public finds out the US / Israeli governments knew he was raping young girls and paid him money to continue to rape young girls so that they could get video of some diplomat, oligarch, wealthy business titan also fucking a young girl, there would be mass outrage.
The next obvious questions by the public would be, why is my tax money funding child rape? Who are we blackmailing? What are we blackmailing them to do? When (how long) have we been doing this? Who else is involved? How did this get authorized?

that starts off on a bad footing. all politicians are always liars and there is no exception. None of them enter politics for ideals, they enter for money and power first and foremost and are thus inherently corrupt. The job of voters is not to demand that they stick to their false promises but rather to not allow them to get away with bullshit. Which is a role that everyone has abandoned. They should be terrified to try to get away with this sort of shit but they do it with a smile on their face because they know people will just defer to the courts which will never hold them accountable.

I want to know what happened to the finders case and what happened to those who are no longer satisfied by jailbait Eastern European whores and want to murder children instead.

Freelance international blackmailer does make more sense. But I also think it's like alien disclosure, I doubt a moment of official, public disclosure will ever happen, because it opens so many years of global cans of worms. People have to read between the lines and trust their instincts that if it quacks like a duck, it is indeed a duck. Which is super unsatisfying, I know, but I don't know what sort of legal justice can be meted out at this point. Unless people want to roll out the guillotines, and the years of chaos and general suffering that would cause. I understand the desire for public disclosure and justice, but I also get the pragmatic view of trying to keep the world running for just the sake of the general public and all their ongoing lives.
