In the process they sell the leftover human flesh to groups like Vril (Clintons, Bushes, Bill Gates, the satanic billionaires and deep state occultists obsessed with immortality) for vast sums of money. Their brains are harvested and placed in helicopters, jets, and drones as part of the navigation computers.
The "people" behind the project are completely lost morally. They defend their actions with Olympic level mental gymnastics, "I spent 40billion on polio vaccines so I get to eat children and you can't call me a bad person".
Right now the U.S. is stuck with leadership that is either compromised by foreign interests or so black pilled they'll justify actions like this without breaking a sweat.
Ironically Trump is not one of them. If they hadn't fucked up he wouldn't have been allowed in. The deep state made a mistake and summoned NHI to earth who really, really, despise them.
