It's already happened with smart phones and constant access to social media and apps. People literally can't drive/follow directions without a gps anymore. People will literally google a 100% true claim someone makes from memory and if the first 4 things that pop up claim something different, they believe google. I use AI to remove the backgrounds from images, and probably use it without knowing when I search using a search engine or get recommendations for eg Youtube. It may play a role in automatic Translation services.

I haven't used it beyond that and don't think I will... If I never do, it will never make me stupid.
