Plenty of SPGs do; I think the PzH 2000 is still at least partly manually loaded, for example, although they've got a power rammer and other mechanical assistance; I recall seeing footage of the hohol turret of a PzH 2000 working once; I don't recall how many loaders they were, but if memory serves, they had only to retrieve projectiles and charges from a conveyor and then place them on a spanning tray; there was, naturally, a power rammer, but that's de rigueur in the confines of an SPG's fighting compartment.
