Would a bikini car wash business in 2025 A.D. be profitable or even doable even if not very profitable?
I looked it up and there's one or at least was one business like this in Florida which seems to be able to do it but why can't I find more than one business like this in the entire USA?

If you wanted to open your own what would you have to consider first?

I suppose you'd need maybe a few million dollars so you could completely own the business as if you get investors to help you start it they'll later use their stake in the company to promote gay stuff. Hopefully this means you can personally screen ahead of time and decide which girls get hired and fired?

The business should be built in a state where it's warm almost year round so it doesn't have to close at all or much during the winter the state should also be Republican so there's not too many regulations and it's not too easy for employees or independent contractors to sue.

Should there be cameras and maybe even audio recording all around the business so as to reduce liability from lawsuits? Maybe a security guard?

It should be built next to a major road with lots of traffic.

They should be properly trained and equipped to wash, dry, vacuum, wax cars without scratching them or making other errors. Possibly supervised by clothed men or women who know what they're doing and will watch for and correct and discipline when errors are made like scratches to paint.

I'm not trying to do free advertising for them but I looked at their prices on their website and the reviews on sites like yelp and it's not crazy expensive and apparently the washing is done pretty well.
