It's bad for several reasons
1. Inclusivity=/=fairness. If things were fair, the failures would fail and not be supported by welfare. Enforcing DEI leads to certain races being prioritized over others, which is against the interests of the races who are being given the short end of the stick (in america, whites & east asians). Also, success is much more determined by childhood environment and iq than growing up in poverty. If a black person wanted to do well in school, they could. We live in an age with khan academy.
2. Some cultures are simply not compatible in ideas, and having a mix of them would create constant conflict as these cultures have fundamentally opposing worldviews. A good example of this is cultures that practice female/male genital mutilation. Obviously, this is utterly barbaric to any sensible person, but it is considered moral in some cultures.
3. Non-assimilation and demographic replacement can cause high racial tension, and can erase people of the pre-replacement culture, and can also cause clashing worldviews. This is why assimilation is very important for culture mixing, people of different cultures will not and can not get along if they share no ideas or worldviews.

Pragmatically, if it is permissible to exclude people in the name of tolerance, then you must provide some reason why the intolerant should be excluded over some other group, for example, trannies. Personally, I'm in favour of maximising tolerance through the exclusion of jews. Hopefully you can see this necessarily leads to tolerance maximising calculus, a similar problem faced by utilitarian ethics.
