It doesn't really mattter, either american blend or hearts of romaine. I also put spicy ranch in a separate small container to put on when I eat it. usually I use like 6 doritos chips and crush them, mexican blend cheese. sometimes croutons or cucumber slices. I put it in a basic tupperware
It's oddly filling, It is not filling if you use chicken, chicken lacks the satiety that ground beef provides. I work construction so I do need some calories.
I douse the ground beef in taco seasoning and ground chiptole pepper. last a little over a week in the fridge.
If I get sick of it I'll do egg, bacon, cream bagel wrapped in foil for a week. don't prep the eggs for a week, every other day is fine. I'll do 2 packs of bacon in the oven on sunday. 375F 15 minutes, flip em, 15 minutes but is dependent on thickness.
