Looking at it from this pyramid perspective it baffles me that people (peasantry is a more accurate term) has been convinced that picrel is the best balanced healthiest diet.

Human beings are persistence hunter-gatherer ruminants, with a stomach as acid as a vulture's, intestines optimized for game, and teeth to tear through flesh. The brain is literally composed of fat and heavy cholesterol smd the body is a mammal's without multiple stomachs to ferment fiber.

With this information picture this: The (((medical establishment))) of the overlords has normies eating literal dry seeds with toxins, industrial mass-agriculture grain empty-calorie gruel, mutated fruit sugar and beans that essentially wreck your insides into sharting for two days, vegetables that rot in your gut, all fried in seed and vegetable oils refined from shit-colored sludge in huge filthy steel presses with petroleum derivatives so that you can shit rock hard bleeding corn-turds every second day (unless you're Americano then the GMO's and chemicals give you diahrrea thrice a day).

Carnivore hard poop's are a lie. Carnivore-induced ketosis is literal predator-beast mode for humans. They feed you feudal serf diets and call it "Mediterranean".

Homo sapiens are 300,000 years old. Our predecessors, several millions. Agriculture is 10,000 years old. The only "healthy food" they had until then was digging up roots when there wasn't game around.

Try an animal-based diet for a couple days and experience higher satiation, reduced appetite, more energy, a sharper mind, and a new-born ferociousness.

Animal offal is many times cheaper than muscle meat and many more times as nutritious. I get half a kilo of beef liver for 2 euros. So try it. Or don't because it's "icky". The faggots filter themselves.

> Animal offal

Oh by the way, on that. Your "balanced" goy diet is deficient in Vitamin A, D, K2, B12, as well as Iron, Calcium, Zinc, Omega-3, Folate, cholesterol and animal fat.

Basically everygthing you need for brain function, joint and bone health, skin health, healthy hormones AKA testosterone. Instead they tell you to eat oranges, get sunlight and tale collagen pills. Meanwhile I hit the raw milk daily and eat organ meats twice a week, essentially taking natural steroids and running on animal fat. Like the Steppe peoples of the world that dominated it and established themselves as the Aristocracy, parasiting off the peasants to dedicate themselves to the development of warfare, fitness, selective breeding and eventually the arts did.

As long as you aren't eating a shit ton of sugar, fatty foods and alcohol or hell, just a shit ton of a single thing you just need to find a consistent diet that works for you and stick to it.

I remember I went down a foodie rabbit hole of what the elite and rich eat, and it's surprisingly very wide and varied in diet, but overall they eat lean meats, lots of fruit and veg, and minimal carbs and sugar was usually kept for deserts, which makes sense eating sugar after a meal means you aren't hitting your system with a sugar bomb.

"Elite". There's been so many of them all over the world throughout history that one cannot decide a definitive generalization of diet. I think French Toast was popular among royalty at one point, peasant scrap dishes.

The diet of the true Aristocrat, that is a noble man that seeks eternal self-overcoming, an Aristocrat of the soul, eats probably picrel. Meat as the main element, with vegetables as accesories, and then smaller apperitives such as goat milk sorbet, or concoctions of dairy and herbs for detox and apothecarist purposes.

French toast, or some form of it, has existed for centuries and was indeed enjoyed by the wealthy and royalty in various forms, though not always under the name we use today.

Origins and Royal Appeal:

Ancient Roots: The earliest known version of French toast dates back to the Roman Empire. A recipe from Apicius (a Roman cookbook) describes soaking bread in milk and sometimes egg before frying it. This dish was likely eaten by affluent Romans, including the elite.

Medieval Europe: In medieval times, what we now call French toast was known in England as "pain perdu" (French for "lost bread"). It was a clever way to use stale bread, but because eggs, milk, and butter were relatively expensive, the dish was more common among the wealthy, including nobility.

Royal Cuisine: Cookbooks from the Middle Ages and Renaissance periods that catered to aristocratic households often included sweetened or spiced versions of fried bread. These versions might include ingredients like honey, cinnamon, or sugarโ€”luxuries at the timeโ€”indicating that it was a dish suitable for royalty.

So, was French toast popular among royalty?

Yes, in its earlier forms, it was enjoyed by royalty or the upper classes due to the richness of the ingredients and the culinary sophistication involved. It wasnโ€™t necessarily a staple, but it was certainly known and appreciated in elite circles.

Would you like to see a historical version of a royal French toast recipe?

Don't forget our efficiency for gluconeogenesis. The human body needs upwards of 300 grams of glucose per day. The liver can produce that on its own though.
Also as you kinda alluded to, the animals that do eat plants typically ferment those into short chain fatty acids so even they don't live on carbs. Humans don't even ferment carbs at all other than a little bit of fiber.
People will cite how our teeth are meant for eating plants because they aren't all canines. Sure, we keep some teeth that our predecessors had when they had bigger intestines and a cecum. We don't need a mouthful of canines though because we don't tear raw meat off of a carcass. We are designed to use tools to take down prey.

Frugivores and other plant-based primates acquire most of their protein and overall nutrition from what is produced in their cecums, because they are hindgut fermenters. The cecum is a compartment in the hindgut fermenters digestive tract, located right above the colon where dietary fibre is fermented by bacteria, which converts the otherwise indigestible plants into nutritious cecotropes. The hindgut fermenter will then eat this cecotrope once backed out of the anus, which is known as coprophagy. All mammals with a functioning cecum will eat these anally produced cecotropes so they can make full use of those plant fibres, which is something plant-eating humans are yet to do for their special diets.
Also, gorillas eat around 40lbs of food per day, no less than 3% of that food consists of insects. 3% of 40lbs = 1.2lbs worth of insects eaten per day by gorillas.

And our molars aren't flat. Well, maybe yours are.

You might have difficulty finding them in a supermarket yeah, they usually won't have a large enough market for it to be worth stocking them. If possible you should find a butcher rather than buying meat at a supermarket. Ditto with fish, if you can, buy at a fishmonger.

Great question! Foods like French toast, which originated as a way to use up stale bread, were indeed peasant in origin, but they did eventually make their way into royal and noble cuisineโ€”often in more refined or luxurious forms.

Origin of French Toast:

The earliest versions date back to ancient Rome (called Pan Dulcis), and in medieval Europe it was known as "pain perdu" (French for "lost bread").

It was a thrifty dish: stale bread soaked in milk and eggs, then friedโ€”perfect for peasants making do with leftovers.

Among Royalty:

Yes, royalty and the wealthy did eat variations of it, especially during the Middle Ages and Renaissance.

The rich would use fine white bread, soak it in cream or wine instead of milk, and cook it in butter, sometimes topping it with sugar, honey, or spices like cinnamonโ€”luxuries unavailable to most peasants.

It was often served as a dessert or part of a banquet course.

Why the crossover?

Medieval and early modern cuisine wasnโ€™t strictly divided by class in terms of types of foodโ€”more by quality of ingredients and richness.

Wealthy households had access to similar recipes as peasants, but with access to better ingredients and more elaborate preparation.

Summary:

So yes, peasant-origin dishes like French toast were popular among royalty, but they were often elevated into something more decadent. Royals werenโ€™t above enjoying simple foodsโ€”just with a lavish twist.

nigger this is an expensive weight loss diet
if you aren't starving of anything the body has no reason to use expensive synthesis pathways over the more direct cracking of incoming nutrients
starving yourself of plant bits and adding more meat is also an option for extreme weight loss

but humans are omnivores, we can eat just about anything and need to eat a little bit of everything to stay healthy
if weight loss isn't the goal you're gonna need a lot of meat AND everything else since a lot of the proteins the body makes use of are made of plant proteins or animal proteins with no crossover
for big gains, peanut curry beef

Any type of pills, condensed oil pills (similar to fish oil pills, which I can swallow 5-6 at a time no problem) that give you somewhat similar to eating the whole organs?

Just like libtards, graincels cannot form an argument without being dishonest and disingenous. You twisted little thing:

Ketosis is a metabolic state in which your body shifts from using carbohydrates (glucose) as its primary source of energy to using fat. When you're in ketosis, your liver breaks down fat into molecules called ketones, which then serve as fuel for your brain, muscles, and other tissues.

How It Happens:

Normally, your body gets energy from glucose, which comes from carbohydrates (like bread, rice, sugar, etc.). But when carbs are very limited โ€” such as during fasting, a ketogenic (keto) diet, or after prolonged exercise โ€” your body runs low on glucose. To compensate, it:

1. Burns fat for energy.

2. Produces ketones from that fat in the liver.

3. Uses ketones as an alternative fuel source.
Signs of Ketosis:

Weight loss

Decreased appetite

Increased energy or mental clarity

Fruity-smelling breath (due to a ketone called acetone)

More frequent urination

Common Ways to Enter Ketosis:

Ketogenic Diet: Very low in carbs (usually <50g per day), high in fat, moderate in protein.

Fasting: Going without food for extended periods.

Prolonged intense exercise: Depletes glycogen stores.

Medical Uses:

Epilepsy treatment (especially in children)

Studied for type 2 diabetes, obesity, neurological disorders, and even cancer therapy in some contexts.

Let me know if you want a breakdown of the keto diet or how to tell if you're in ketosis.

>but humans are omnivores
"It is interesting to note that humans, uniquely among the primates so far considered, appear to have stomach pH values more akin to those of carrion feeders than to those of most carnivores and omnivores. In the absence of good data on the pH of other hominoids, it is difficult to predict when such an acidic environment evolved. Baboons (Papio spp) have been argued to exhibit the most humanโ€“like of feeding and foraging strategies in terms of eclectic omnivory, but their stomachs โ€“ while considered generally acidic (pH = 3.7) โ€“ do not exhibit the extremely low pH seen in modern humans (pH = 1.5). One explanation for such acidity may be that carrion feeding was more important in humans (and more generally hominin) evolution than currently considered to be the case [...]" - ["The Evolution of Stomach Acidity and Its Relevance to the Human Microbiome" (2015)](https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0134116)

Yes, it is.

The glyconeogenesis you're describing is energetically expensive and unlikely to occur in a ketone-based metabolism (what we call "fat-adapted").

Humans continued to evolve after agriculture was invented. Lactose and milk fat provided us more resources for our brains. Grains became a source of fast calories that allowed our brains to run even faster. Why do you think those who never invented agriculture were so easily conquered or invented literally nothing? It's a mix of them not being inventive enough to do so and also their brains are running on weak-ass ketone instead of cool burning neuron powering glucose.
Just because refined sugar makes you fat and shit doesn't mean anything. We've coevolved with grain and a diet that includes it.

>Humans continued to evolve after agriculture was invented.
10,000 years is not long enough for evolution. You're thinking of adaptation and the cost of it was chronic inflammation.
>their brains are running on weak-ass ketone instead of cool burning neuron powering glucose
On the contrary. Neurons prefer ketone bodies to glucose.

"In humans, both acute and chronic increases in ketone body availability to the central nervous system cause massive changes in cerebral fuel metabolism. In healthy middle-aged subjects, an i.v. infusion of BHB caused approximately 14% decrease in cerebral glucose consumption while oxygen use was unchanged, suggesting that ketone bodies, even when supplied acutely, enter the brain and may be utilized immediately as an alternative fuel to glucose. Similar cerebral metabolic changes have also been demonstrated in young individuals, however, at lower infusion rates, and thus lower BHB concentrations, glucose uptake does not seem to be affected. Together, this suggests an acute cerebral glucose-sparing effect when ketone availability is high." - ["Effects of Ketone Bodies on Brain Metabolism and Function in Neurodegenerative Diseases" (2020)](https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7699472/)

Then how do you explain the natural selection of lactase persistence alleles or amylase copy number expansion?
>ketone provide neuroprotective effect against neuroexitatory damage
Possible, because the brain is not running at full energy capacity and can't damage itself through a neuroexcitatory fashion.
I'd like to see how ketone metabolism it impacts long-term cognition, innovation, or life achievements, though

Adaptation to a subsistence diet that came at an unacceptable cost.

No, don't compare the brain to a machine. That's not how biology works.
>I'd like to see how ketone metabolism it impacts long-term cognition, innovation, or life achievements, though
All data points suggest a clear improvement.
