All pan fried with margarine
Lightly seasoned with Celtic salt, pepper, cayenne & plain Greek whole fat yogurt.

My shits are so clean that I just do one insurance wipe to be safe.

If I eat chocolate or pasta, fucking terrible.
Sticky mud that smells gaggingly bad.
All shit smells bad but this smells sickly.
Not to mention the bloating, brainfog and general malaise that comes from eating processed carbs.
