Yeah cranking up your abs will help stabilize the spine, but in the end - it just keeps getting worse.

Seriously lose weight, it is the only thing that helps. Each pound of weight you remove is less stress on your spine, you need to seriously consider hard fasting, lose the weight quick

You are too fat, and you dont have enough muscle. Your upperbody is compressing your spine.

Stretch QL muscle
Stretch Obturator internus/externus
Stretch gravity butterfly groin stretch
That's all the muscles that connect to the lower back in some form that could mimic lower back pain.

Thank me later.

I hear you anon. My S1 is compressed, my L5-3 are practically non-existent and L2 is severely narrowed.
Chiropractors are hopeless, physio just as much. The only relief I find is through traditional Chinese acupuncture (the chinks had to be good for something). Water aerobics and yoga help to stay strong through the core, while lowering impact.
Good luck fren

OP you need to stop letting others ride you around. Anteaters just aren't built to endure this all the time

Also don't forget to press out the knots in the back of your legs. Hamstring strains feel like spinal injuries. Hamstrings, core muscles, shoulder blade muscles. Work these areas a and you will come good again. You have to go through a heap of pain to pop the muscles out, but when they go it's like a magic wand waving the pain away.

What part of your spine? I had retrolisthesis on my S1 but after doing a bunch of stretching it feels way better now. Yoga actually helps but makes you feel gay while you do it. You could also do dead hangs to let your spine stretch out.

Unironically try walking daily for 30-90 minutes with good shoes. I had severe spinal and especially sciatic nerve pain but this routine fixed my back pain almost completely.

Is it sciatica? My doc just handed me meds and told me not to get out of a seat like a retard. Still hurts like hell.

Have you tried to hang from a pull up bar? Try it out 3x 30 seconds for starters. Try to elevate your knees up and hold it up as well as L-sit holds. Once you get strong enough, do pull ups. Spinal pain is a sign for a weak core, and these exercises will help you to get a strong core, and they'll also help to alleviate the pain and realign your spine a bit, fren. Get well.

Cutting all slop from my diet really helped me. Natural fats and oils, as little carbs and sugar as possible. Last year I thought my spine was fucked. I was terrified I would end up needing surgery, or I had permanently damaged it from work or something, but when I got on a low-inflammatory diet it got way, WAY better. Also if you eat a bunch of beef or use cast iron to cook everything (like I did for years) you might have a buildup of iron causing *some* of that pain.

Going on a low inflammatory diet got my back feeling roughly 60% better and really dialing back my iron intake got me feeling almost completely healed, and I'm pushing 40.

I spent 6 hours bent over the engine bay in my truck the other day doing a water pump and timing shit and at the end of the day i was sore, but the next day to my utter shock, I felt fine. I never would have considered doing that a year ago.

Hope this helps you (or some other anon).

I'm 32 with a 9mm herniated L5-S1 and I have nerve damage all throughout the left side of my chest and arm. I have two permanent parallel oxy scripts four tapendatol scripts and one pregabalin script.

I came off all my medication by using mindfulness. 12 months of mindfulness and when I become aware of the pain again I am able to make it disappear.
