The problem with your list is a ton of it is just local shit. You liberals want to rush to the guns the moment when an issue with the government comes up instead of attempting to resolve issues peacefully first. The whole point of the guns is for when the government is mass oppressing citizens and is unwillingly to allow citizens to change or address that oppression through the proper channels. The rush to violence is how you end up living in a place like Somali with local warlords controlling different regions and a government that is inconsistent and shitty. A huge part of owning guns is knowing when to use them responsibly. People like to frame the American revolution as just happening over taxes, but the bigger reason America revolted was because they didn't have a voice in the British Parliament. This meant they didn't have a government representing them or any means to express their grievances. It wasn't just people rushing to violence as the first solution. It wasn't even about becoming a separate nation it just snowballed into that.

The problem with gun culture, and why nobody would do shit, is that the state strips guns from their primary victims: felons.

Anytime a state turns to tyranny, it codifies that tyranny. Taking away guns from felons (people who are likely to "do shit") while letting law abiders (who are likely to "won't do shit") keep them, results in this behavioral sink. In the end, those who have capacity to act have their rights oppressed and the fearfully meek rule follower just sabre rattles and does nothing.

If you want things to get better, the 2nd Amendment must be treated as such:
