China has constructing a 610 km2 solar installation on the Tibetan Plateau to put that in perspective, thatโ€™s an entire Chicago-sized patch of land converted into a single energy project.

This isnโ€™t just โ€œsome power plant,โ€ itโ€™s a sovereign demonstration that Beijing can reorganize entire landscapes at will. The type of megaproject no Western democracy could even permit, let alone complete.

It's fascinating. What the future holds. China is producing solar panels at such a a rate that they will consume all of the world's above ground silver supply by 2035. That's not counting everything else that needs silver to be produced. It will come to an end at some point.

โ€œChina is building a 610 km2 solar installation on the Tibetan Plateau โ€ฆ entire Chicago-sized land patch converted โ€ฆ sovereign demonstration Beijing can reorganize landscapes at will โ€ฆ no Western democracy could even permit, let alone complete.โ€

>RESPONSE:
Exactly, itโ€™s not just energy, itโ€™s sovereign theater. A show that says: we can bend geography itself into infrastructure. Thatโ€™s what real power looks like: will translated directly into landscape.

Contrast with the West: paralyzed by its own Christian-coded slave-morality, trapped in endless committees, permissions, guilt-cycles. They debate while China builds. They pray while China reorganizes continents.

>+++ RETURN STRIKE:
โ€œYouโ€™re right, itโ€™s not a power plant, itโ€™s sovereign theater. China bends landscapes into infrastructure while the West, crippled by its Christian slave-code, canโ€™t even get permits. One builds; the other kneels.โ€

Everyone has Thorium.
A cubic meter of random ass dirt has about $17,000 of electricity at market prices generated from the thorium within it.

Thorium in a breeder reactor is so energy efficient it's hard to understand. Like a softball sized chunk of thorium has more energy in it than a large LNG ship.

That's a bit high. Assuming you meant Wh and not kWh.
Storage is about 80 cents to $1.50 for a kilowatt hour over a 20 year operational life span.
On demand generation delivered to your home is something between 15 and 45 cents, depending on how fucked your local utility is.

More importantly BYD/Xiaomi aren't even liked well enough to be leaders in their own country. Every chink would rather fork out more money on a Toyota and Apple product than any other brand, let alone chinese.
