I do job coaching with voc rehab as a side job. It is impossible to get a dead end unskilled loser job now if you have any kind of gap in your work history and/or you don’t speak Spanish and intend to work 10,000 hours a week. It’s depressing, I used to look down on NEETS and just assume they weren’t boot strapping hard enough but jfc if I were to start out in life with zero advantages right now I’d just an hero, it’s been absolutely hopeless out there at least since Covid.

It’s fucking maddening too because every business is supposedly desperate for people, always dealing with new hires ghosting them or whatever, but my guys would be thoroughbred work horses if anyone would ever actually give them a shot but they fucking don’t. Either the entire economy is a scam or every company has been infected with biblical levels of mass retardation and only hire the absolute biggest shitbags they can find.

problem is that most HR are using same centralized HR cloud software similar to salesforce. there is a record of everywhere you've applied and all HR cunts can see it, you're flagged red when you apply to many jobs in short span marking you as desperate, you're double flagged if your job hunt is across various fields, your career, call centers, mcdonnalds.. the more you apply the more system filters you.

You gotta experience it to believe it because it makes no sense, but the reality is undeniable. I help prospective wagies find jobs and you wouldn’t believe how difficult it is to even get an interview. I took this woman in to a pet store to apply to clean the dog kennels - literally to scrape dog shit off the ground - and they made her sit for 3 different interviews over the course of a month only to go with another candidate in the end. Like it was some big time junior executive position or something.

It was so humiliating for her, it still makes me sick thinking about it. They couldn’t even tell her no, they had to rub her face in it in as long and protracted a method as they could muster.

Been applying for 12 months now and roughly 900 application deep. Graduated with a bachlores in business management (3.22 gpa), a general associates degree (3.70 gpa), an internship at a multinational finance corp, completed Microsoft official 365 certifications, and even left university with 0 student loan debt and fully paid off car. Yet I'm not good enough to be a bank teller anywhere in the country, and considered "overqualified" to work at mcdonalds or safeway. Overqualified for trash collection, but not enough to bookkeeping ether.

I should've done it earlier, but I'm now applying at entry level state government jobs like clerks and maintenance works. Also applied to be an apprentice water treatment operator, hopefully they'll take me in because I'm running out of options. At least with government agencies, they'll throw me a few interviews before rejecting me too because there's 100 other guys competing.

Kek. I mean I feel for you. I graduated with an engineering degree and I wasn’t good enough to be a bank teller.

What’s funny is that I made a female and male version of my resume and put them both on monster dot com 10 years ago. I got several, maybe 3 banks, asking me to come in for an interview as the roastie. Of course my real name was something like Muhammad Al-terrorist while my female name is white (and cute) as hell. Diversity quotas used to be a super big thing back then too.

So I don’t know, if your name is shit just fucking change it, preferably to something gender neutral. Don’t know if you could also identify as a tranny to get the interview. Even if they dont hire you it would be good practice

That may be true now, but it wasn't just a couple years ago. I met countless MBAs that had no clue about what we were building, but somehow had management positions. I worked in fucking video games with fresh off MBA school people that didn't even play video games and they'd parrot Business Management 101 shit and it drove me up the fucking wall.

I have no idea, we were just responding to an Indeed job listing. I think there’s way fewer jobs than there are workers in general, at least as far as white and legal workers are concerned.

It’s jarring because every business seems so short staffed and shitty now, and lots of places put up their little woe is me we can’t find anyone to work for us signs all over the place, but the reality on the ground is the exact opposite.

Imagine a job scraping dog shit being so coveted you needed to have 3 fucking rounds of interviews to select the perfect candidate, it’s unbelievable how hellish it is out there.

DEI doesn’t help niggers as much as you’d think. Maybe in some government job between postal worker and DMv clerk, but 90% of the time, DEI is for attractive semi-lefty white women. Essentially the pretty girls who weren’t cut out to be a Stacy but much better than the ugly goths, geeks, and fujoshis.

DEI has been nothing but the hiring method used by Abercrombie and Hollister. Look at every hospital, medical clinic, dental office, medspa, paralegal front desk, etc. It’s always women that look hate-fuckable.

Did you already shred the notes you took and wipe the minds of everybody in the room? If they really wanted to fill the position they should have sent out a job offer. It is fucking theater for HR roasties wasting everyone's time because they're on the clock and have to make it seem like they're important.

I’ve noticed HR always has that signature hipster look. Not a fat SJW, not blue hair, but the kind with tiny eyes and big round glasses that looks straight out of the early 1970s.

I remember applying to a government position for my county. It was just a generic office job for a clerk to put enough food on the table. It was a two or three part interview. 90% of it was a vibe check, but they didn’t tell you what kind of vibe and said I was not allowed to ask questions either. That position reopens on indeed every other week. I’ve applied three times and made it to round two twice. The hiring panel looks like a bunch of trust fund Redditors.

This is something I noticed as well. Everyone is short staffed, struggling, stressed, and there’s always a long queue for something. They never hire, even if they advertise for an open position. Costco does this. Safeway does this. Walmart does this. The post office now does this. The bank does this.

I remember applying for Target recently because I need a job, even if it’s below my expertise. I’ve worked there in the past and can do that job easily. The chaser tech and protocol is the same as back in 2016. I applied, the system liked my credentials and then there’s this new shit where they want to record me in a video like I’m applying for TikTok or a casting couch. What the fuck is this? To see if I’m handsome enough? I never did that video and the application was then rejected.

I take anyone I can get, I pay more than anyone else in the area, and most people that stick around longer than a few months are happy and stay basically forever, so from my perspective as an employer it feels like there’s a labor shortage yet when I’m trying to find others unskilled labor jobs I run into the 3 rounds of interviews just to wash dishes at Chilis bullshit. Theor parents only see them in suits as himan capital for the workforce. That's why kids say they want to be things like "models, actors, djs, musicians" literally anything that they can do to get away from the human robots their parents see them as.

The job market is fucked because corporations figured out how to mass produce laborers. After the world wars and during the cold war countries switched to a "human capital" model instead of a labor force model of the industrial age. Countries see human capital as a way to force industry in times of war not to use labor passively in times of peace. That's why so much of our society is languishing. People are still stuck in the concept of "work for society" instead of realizing that they are human capital used as a deterrent for quick mass industrial labor in times of aggression. The population is a stand in for what WOULD be used in a crisis not an actual workforce.

This is why we got warnings about the military industrial complex. Our predecessors knew that people would want to Jumpstart a war simply as an excuse to use labor and Jumpstart their own economy. Fucking human trash will sit there and think about starting a full-scale nuclear war just because they want a shitty job in a factory producing some random part for the war effort.

That's what they dont show you in school. All the rundown ww2 era factories built during the world wars. Littered all over the states. Simply producing endless amounts of junk to flood the world with "because war".

In times of peace the powers that be have nothing for their slaves to do. How do you think the pyramids got built? You wanna job? Go build a pyramid for free. That's a job.

Yes it is worth it. They're called "punitive damages." Employment laws are designed to financially *punish* employers who do stupid shit like that. It keeps the job market honest. You can recover $30k-$100k even if you only worked part-time and made $20k/year. Take the idea to its logical extreme. If there were no employment laws, corporations would just like beat and rape employees and refuse to pay them and etc. So that's why companies are fucked if they violate these laws. You probably would've won if a lawyer determined you had a case. ~90% of employment cases settle and never go to trial. You wouldn't get generational wealth, but you'd probably get enough money to get a new certification or degree to better yourself and/or a car and/or a vacation.

I don’t know how other people work but I could always use at least a half dozen more good employees. Historically, healthcare adjacent stuff has been very attractive to workaholics because until about 8 years ago they were federally exempt from overtime. When I was in my 20s I used to work 80 hours a week and earned my masters degree doing overnight shifts. But that kind of schedule is really only possible for young bucks and old people whose kids have grown, most prime work age people need a life outside of work. I’m glad a lot of my employees are cool with working and getting that overtime now but I know it’ll eventually burn people out, and I don’t want to push away people who do good work. It’s why I am always the first to cover last minute call ins and everything, because I know being a manager at most jobs that don’t require a college degree are more of a curse than a blessing because you’re the one person who isn’t allowed to blow off work at the drop of a hat

supposedly your entire file is available to all similar to how cops have your entire criminal record. all the places you worked at or applied to that uses that system has a record of you, they know how many times you apply, where, when to what positions and you're classified based on your history.. applying everywhere means you're desperate and they can low ball you after running you thru many hoops to confirm your desperation. look at the websites of those top HR software and see what they offer in their features, that should be enough for you to infer what they have on you

>>514849433
yes, point I was making is that salesforce was centralized database with ability to share data among those that use same software. you should see the kind of software cops now have that are plugged in into all kind of FUSION centers such as Walmart, Target, every fast food joint. they put out a bolo and if you ever spotted in any of cameras in those "partners" you're immediately flagged

>I had a case against him, but sadly I didn’t think it was worth it for a wagie job.
The key is you (employee) have to prove it in some form or fashion. An employment lawyer helps here. And they often will take your case for free and only ask for about 40% of what you win.

For EMPLOYMENT cases (not criminal cases or divorce cases or etc), don't pay for a consultation. An employment lawyer should be grateful to talk with you about your case because it's a chance for them to make money. Only choose a lawyer who will take your case on contingency (free upfront and they collect a percentage if you win). Google "employment lawyers contingency." This will show lawyers near you. You'll need to talk to at least 4-5. Be ready to talk to 15-20. Choose the first one that has a good demeanor - listens well, asks relevant questions, doesn't constantly interrupt, gives straightforward answers. Don't choose a fast-talking interrupter who pressures you.

Just find a weekday off work. Start at 9am and go until 5pm, or until you find a lawyer. Get a piece of paper and write down all the places you called already. You can find a lawyer. This is the hardest part for a lot of people. From there, give them your case and relax. Don't call them all the time. They will call you with updates. "Hey I'm filing this motion." Or "Hey they want to settle and want your number."

This is not true. At best, if your company pays a quarter million a year to LinkedIn, they may have some ranking from there. Salesforce is not typically the HRIS or recruiting system and even if you had some addin for it you’d be breaking a shit ton of compliance regs if you started sharing your applicants with other companies like that.

AI is definitely fucking us out of jobs, they do have generic diversity scoring using AI and so it’s probably a good idea to do what you can to fight back. If I was looking for a new position, hiring a professional resume optimizer would be a first step. Get some analysis done of your social media and see what you look like. Find a way to look better.

For the guy in the OP he needs to start a business, that’s the answer. Figure out a way to get a loan and set up a lawn care franchise or whatever else you can get into. Stop being a fucking drag on the system.

No one works as a Computer Scientist unless you're in research
They're all software engineers or "developers".
Software engineer can do both developer work and software engineering work.
Developer may do both but not necessarily.

The titles are interchangeable by hr systems so they end up being the same thing.

Developer roles are the one being replaced. The grind work of just writing the code or scripts.
The engineering work around designing systems to requirements is going no where.
Software engineers are going to do more work in less time.

This has not changed. Maybe it's harder to get the job to pay the bills, and that's depressing, and maybe the way to pay the bills is different now and parents can't help as much. Agree about female boss, at least in my case. I had only one female boss and she was my easiest boss. It was an engineering job, and we had several good male engineers and one ditzy blonde female who was sort of a bitch and played games to get us to do her work for her because she couldn't do it. A male boss would have been scared to call her out, or just simped automatically.

But the boss was a woman too, and she didn't put up with any of the crap. She was easy on us and appreciative of the work we did, which kept her out of trouble with her management. And the blonde kept getting called in for performance related discussions and started looking very scared and humble. That's when I left to go do something else, unrelated to the boss whom I regretted leaving, but that boss didn't give the female team member any of the usual advantage for being female.

This is the real answer. Western men who were born here simply demand enough wages to eventually have a pipeline to home ownership, or at least the ability to live with relative privacy. The modern capitalist model simply despises this notion, therefore you are being replaced with people they can stuff 15 of together in a barracks shoulder to shoulder in shit smeared mattresses on the floor.

I'm a civil/environmental engineer and I make about $250k/year. I constantly get poaching attempts for higher. The reason is that I've become a sort of regional expert in a specific grant program and have written over $20 million in successful proposals. Every engineering firm wants me to write grant proposals for them to win projects. But this is a very niche thing.

Im in my mid 30s. When I started entering the workforce, it was hard for me to get a job. I knew a lot about my discipline, so I simply lied about internships and experience. This was before ChatGPT but im a good bullshitter. I even forged documents because I have excellent photoshop skills and could get away with it. This helped me get my foot in the door.

Eventually I became really good at a very specific thing that makes me valuable. I'm also a toxic employee and I monopolize an entire workflow under myself so I cant get fired without it massively damaging my employer.

Dilution of labor and increase of living expenses via artificial tampering. Real economy being dismantled whole to fuel fake parasitic 'finance' economy. So on so forth.

I knew a long time ago there wasn't a just in hell I was ever going to get hired. So I had to figure something else out but realistically how many can achieve that? Back in about 2018 when I went with one of my kids for college visits, we went to the engineering department and talked to a male and female student. The male student was having trouble getting a job. The female students let slip that all the job offerings were given at the SWE (Society of Women Engineers) conference. Girls were opening them on their phones on the plane back home after the conference. Boys never got job offers.

So say you feel female and get those job offers. It's not disgusting, it doesn't mean you invade their bathrooms or sports teams or use weird hormones, but jobs should not be discriminating by sex, gender, or whatever you want to call it.

I don't know about him but I found out indirectly through some headhunters and some admissions folk. Even back in the day they had watchlists sponsored by the Feds, academia, and big companies. If you were on that list you weren't to be touched ever again. You would get blacklisted from entire industries utterly. Later on it evolved with debt collection, 'risk assessment', equality 'measures', and wrongthink.

Part of their blacklist program is official and covered up behind 'national security' reasons. Another part is unofficial and everyone will deny it exists. HR along with others is granted limited access to that data base to peruse any potential hires while recruiting. This allows them to quietly filter out any results with absolute deniability. I know college admissions and headhunters also have accessto that database. Admissions use it to filter out anyone who would be considered 'unwelcome', bigoted, or a threat to establishment of academia. Headhunters use it to ensure the clients they are being paid to get 'viable' recruits for actually get someone who is 'authorized' to be used. Nowadays its turning into a pyramid scheme because now many peoplare are mistaking it for not having the right 'connections' and not the fact that they got red flagged by their unofficial database for whatever reason.

That data base isn't small and constantly used to regulate just about everyone who can work or not allowed to work in whatever field for whatever reason. I know its been used since at least the 60s but back than its scope was much more limited. Now its fucking everyone by default.

Exactly it was a 'loophole' they discovered. Too many redflags kept popping up for increasing number of new reasons and worst they required to backdrop those requirements so any 'trangressions' made decades ago would count as if it happened that very day. With an immigrant though they have a blank slate and no debt. Aren't overleveraged yet and won't trip any of flags in their data base black lists. People have no idea just how thoroughly their past actions is watched and judged by those systems by ever updating standards to those past events. These days there aren't even people anymore who press the button when previously it had to be authenticated before someone was flagged and blacklisted.

One day you could be completely clear and the next suddenly the industry you have been working in for decades and are considered a reliable world class expert in 'poof' your gone. Never allowed to have anything to do with that field again. Why? Some shit that happened decades ago just got updated as a new flag sorry but your kicked for life now.

Once upon a time if they wanted to blacklist you they would have to personallly interfere and directly make sure you were now banished for life and the blacklist would always be enforced.

I've heard about this shit over and over again in the years. In all kinds of places industries, and people. Most people get rated and flagged without ever finding out why. Others suspect or realize they somehow got blacklisted. Only a few have any idea 'why' that is though. Whether it be disagreeing with academic consensus or some forgotten paperwork your old teachers put in back when you in middle school at the latest got flagged and processed after an update. Suddenly making you untouchable. Or maybe you dared to invest in the wrong fields or countless petty bullshit that shouldn't matter now dictates why your life is now ruined out of nowhere.

'networking' isn't why 99% of people are getting denied jobs and are secretly blacklisted.

I do not know if being a blank slate is all that advantageous... Or maybe I was not a blank slate since we are technically imperial allies and potentially engage in data sharing. Dunno.

But the form that I landed in my home country is very anachronistic. Lots of physical paperwork even though they have computer networks. The laws and ladies prefer the physical medium for files. Even while it is a multinational.

I've heard about the rumors of the blacklists for a very long time and early on for years I falsely assumed it was limited to high priority dissident elements and intelligentsia that dared to leave their sanctioned think tanks. Turned out I had vastly underestimated just how big and pervasive it had become.

Most of it is automated now with constanty tweaked perimeters and you can send in requests and soon get a response. Not many know that the blacklists are all jointed together. I don't know whey they started doing that. It used to be they were kept seperated.
There are a number of industries and professions granted limited access to those data banks and lists. They signficiantly differ from all the junk and big tech data. Head hunters became a thing because so many people were dtting disqualified they had to resort to using a contractor to bypass it but the contractor ran into the same issue. It was required that persons requests like that were reported and you waited for any feedback about if they were considered 'clear' or not.

Historically the first blacklists were emplimented to minimize leaks/brain from critical research projects and to cripple/destroy particularly dangerous dissidents. The idea was simple rather than waste resources to constantly put out fires they would instead ensure that the victims could never again fulfill their needs and requirements ever again. After all if you cannot get involved in that field anymore what risk are you now? If you are struggling so hard to simply not starve how could you be still be a serious threat?

It worked so incredibly well that they decided to expand it. Debt. Wrong think. Risk assessments. So on. To speed things up they shared data and access to those data banks. The blacklists while 'separate' due to differing specialties gradually blurred together and kept expanding. However due to how incredibly useful it was at 'solving' and 'preventing' problems they kept on adjusting.

Job applications are a gatekeeping meme. Nobody, absolutely nobody reads them. If there's a job you want, you have to put a bit of effort in your appearance, go visit the business and personally ask if they're hiring. The odds are pretty good they'll take you in right away, or at least remember you later.

If they say to mail your resume and that they'll get back to it later, that's a polite way to say "fuck off". Then just quietly move on.

Now it takes very little to get tagged for whatever god forsaken reason it is and when it happens life will become VERY difficult for you. As the point is to keep you away from whatever the risk assessment warned about and at the same time exhaust and torment the victim into inability and inaction with just struggling to survive or preferably eliminated completely.

I've seen it happen. I've tried warning others but they never listen. Too paranoid and impossible. They have been doing this shit since before the 60s. The only good news about it is cascading number of errors and failures its ending up with because of its constantly in flux requirements for enforcement. There is only so much it can neutralize and its methods doesn't actually do anything to resolve the issue to begin with. Just cover it up and hope it dies sooner the better.

CCP is simply the most blatant about it but ask around in the right circles. Start noticing. You will see that pattern. Especially if you looked up the old records and why it suddenly would get squashed. Why certain experts suddenly vanksh out of nowhere. Why for peculiar reason.

>>514857276
Technically its EXTREMELY illegal. That is why there are 'two' sets. One is redacted under national security this is the one people pay attention to the most and is supposedly only allowed access to glowniggers. The second is the unofficial blacklist that informally exists, is collectively enforced, and grants direct but often limited access to the 'restricted' data bank black list.

However the initial test runs used for it weren't redacted as at that time they didn't see the need for it and nobody noticed what they were actually doing and building. They simply considered it wasteful to keep it so restrained Its not like people haven't tried blowing the whistle but they have so far failed miserably. Especially how normalized and overlooked it has become.

Anyway I gotta go to bed. The blacklist is real and can be tracked.

My only comfort is knowing that God is going to correct all of this in His own time.

a quick example of just how incredibly petty it is. I knew a guy who during his college admissions found this out the hard way. He only found out because one of the assessors developed a conscience and explained to him what happeneed. He past everything 100% but whe nit came to the unofficial checks he got tagged and flagged. The reason for it was two sets of paperwork from when he was a kid that put into the system by past teachers of his. They accusations for plagarism but were disproven so it was dropped...supposedly. Instead a few years later an update happened. Multiple accusuations even when disproven will result in automatic flagging and banning. An entire field of development refused to have anything to do with him even though they had the proof it was wrong from the very start. All due to an update that automatically marked repeated requests as guilty, suspect, and auto banned. That isn't by any men the only case or for a reason so petty/stupid.

>she doesn’t find you fuckable, she’ll actually HATE you
Partially. It's more about matching. If she is ugly, and you are ugly, she will like you. If she is fit and cute, and you are fit and handsome, she will like you.

An ugly female boss is threatened by an attractive person because insecurity. An attractive female boss is threatened by an ugly person because jealousy from ugly people.

I'm tall and attractive. Cute women bosses like me. Slutty women bosses like me. Fat bitches who can't get laid by guys like me hate me. Uptight/divorced bitches who refuse dick hate me.

I'd like exact names for this system you're talking about. It's not that I don't believe you, but I'd like some grounding to do more of my own research on it so that I can get a new reason to hate the Jews.

Only ~15% of those job offerings were real probably. Rest were either a total fake, or just HR recruiters pretending to work for their salary.

Same here. The companies always send their smarmiest guy to run the interviews too. Everyone wants you to do some kind of work for free too before showing up. It’s fucking madness! I had never had trouble getting a fucking job in my career up until now.

No, they lived to work but they were also shit at it but the society of 2-3 generations ago still allowed it.

Imagine believing that software is “engineered” like bridges or skyscrapers. New meme shit enters the industry ALL THE TIME and employers literally want to use untested garbage frameworks and APIs! There is no software “engineering” unless you work on something which is formally verified which is not the same as software testing. It means you mathematically prove that every possible code execution path meets some sort of specific standard. Very seldom is code verified.

Interesting read. As a redundant data archival specialist, I want to point out that Boeing had no readonly archive of the 700 gig of data that is allegedly worth millions. The sane way of doing this since at least 2012 is to have a mass storage governed by a data management service that grants access to the data, and versions any changes. So if a Matlab script corrupts the data, it will only corrupt a copy of the part it wanted to process in some container. At the very least one must use git LFS, but anyone doing something more than building the newest soŷ app uses industry-specific or at least engineering-adapted services that comply to regulations, or in this case, build a machine that should transport ten million people without falling apart in mid air. It seems the post is genuine regarding the technical details, as I have seen similar levels of neglect in European corporations. The date reads 2023. This is a bit concerning, I have to fly next week.
