After the second week all the cravings I had for booze, which had been almost constant before, were completely gone. I’ve been sober for over a year now and have lost a bunch of weight as a result of not drinking. If you have tried and failed and want to try something new get a wegovy prescription. Worked for me

Checked. One thing that helped work for me is find a drink of your choice and use it to replace the booze you would otherwise be drinking all day. Unsweet iced tea with lemon worked for me and gives me a nice little caffeine buzz all day to keep me going. Godspeed bong bro

the iced tea sounds nice but it's getting colder here so hot tea is a nice choice. even diet coke and sugar-free pepsi makes me puke up black sludge these days so i've been drinking a lot of sparkling water with apple and blackcurrant mixed in. it almost fools the brain into thinking you're drinking a can of coke or something. the hydration is nice too.
