I think it was. Russia, and China fell back to restructure their economies, took their punches, and became stronger for it. The US will hopeful pull back to North America, and restructure it's economy to be competitive in the new world economy.

If America were still a white ethnostate, it would be able to modernize and innovate. It might also be able to figure out a way out of its debt problems. But its economy is all fiction (hence why GDP keeps going up but the cities keep falling apart), and its military is inept, corrupt, undertrained, and led by incompetent generals and politicians.
