"CRIME OF THE CENTURY" is a Supertramp album referring to 9/11 occurring on 2001, the start of the century
The album art depicts scissors cutting a rope with a funambulist (rope walker) on it
This is a reference to the "Walk", a movie, about a real funambulist who traversed a rope connecting the WTC buildings.
Another Supertramp album depicts 9/11 (see picrel).
