Basically europe is never getting cheap energy again unless it embraces colonialism once more.
Russia now has options for customers. Whereas before the sheer inertia of existing energy distribution infrastructure meant that there was little reason to develop infrastructure to elsewhere. This gave Europe considerable ability to keep Russian export prices low because of the huge upfront cost of building more infrastructure to other markets.

So if Europe wants cheap energy again it has two real options.
Go all in on nuclear or conquer some energy rich nations.

The Jewnited States of America needs their oil and gas resources and most probably those of Venezuela too to operate their jewish AI data centers, to transform their economy even

Europe needs the same resources to produce and sell shit. Do you think the judeo-christians will share their resources with Europe? Is the jewish EastMed done? Or not feasible at all?

Welcome to my world, I've said it very often by now but im gonna say it again, give me an army and the nuclear weapon, the military staff of Hamas and I'll conquer this puny world

>bad thing for europe
Russia wanted to integrate with Eurobros, but they became retarded under US rule. Russia has no choice but to turn to the east and power China with cheap abundant energy. Looks like China will also become an enery distribution hub for Russian energy. Europe is in serious decline and being sacrificed by the US. 10 to 20 years Europe will be filled with browns that hate white, high debt, no jobs, expensive energy while China and Russia will be making huge money with growing economies. China can also build pipelines to Japan and to China ports for Russian energy. The future is in the east.

Short term - pretty bad, as Europe becomes dependent purely on US supply.
Mid term - they can build pipelines through Turkey to Middle East, especially recently conquered Syria, and get their hydrocarbons that way.
Long term - thorium reactors + renewables will replace hydrocarbons as the main energy source.

Mid and long term improvements depend on whether Europe stops whoring itself to the US.

It's more a matter of will over material, if any random western Euro government tried a William Walker style filibuster attack on a random third world country they'd probably win fairly easily, assuming the CIA didn't fuck it up out of spite as they are wont to do. The only thing is governments would have to let the young men keep the land and resources instead of siphoning it off to domestic business interests, which is the big recruiting crisis problem in every military in the world today, nobody wants to conquer shit for minimum wage while Halliburton gets all the cash, if every US veteran had received 30 acres of land in Iraq along with the mineral rights it would have been the most popular war of all time.

1. We won't have commercially viable fusion power for at least 30 years, if not 50.

Its a short term issue.

There are more oil and resources found within our borders and beyond to feed all of Europe and beyond.
It is the time it take to set up the oil rigs and infrastructure that is the issue.
Norway has large thorium deposits, particularly in the Fens field in Telemark, which is one of the world's largest. Nuclear is also high on the agenda and would energy wise be the best option by far.

But oil is more than enough. If things were not so bureaucratic it would never have been an issue. But you know, the left side is known to have glue under their shoes.

The World. That could not be more obvious but somehow the Europeans have grown so pacifist so delusional so ideologically spooked that they can’t see what is right in front of their faces. We should have just glassed Germany and turned the rest of Europe into an American colony when we had the chance. Reminds me of the world island theory and that's why the focus is always Russia.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Geographical_Pivot_of_History

>He defined Afro-Eurasia as the "world island" and its "heartland" as the area east of the Volga, south of the Arctic, west of the Yangtze, and north of the Himalayas. Due to its strategic location and natural resources, Mackinder argued that whoever controlled the "heartland" could control the world.

Who rules East Europe commands the Heartland;
who rules the Heartland commands the World-Island;
who rules the World-Island commands the world.
—Mackinder, Democratic Ideals and Reality, p. 150

Russia is the key to the entire world and with climate change, its vast fertile fields being uncovered in the melting permafrost of Siberia will leave it responsible for upto 70% of world grain supply within the next century.

>German economy stalled
>British and French government on verge of calling IMF for bailout
Europe is either going to war with Russia or it is going to do a 360 and walk away from Ukraine.

Europe doesn't have cheap labour, therefore to be industrially competitive they need cheap energy. US gas is too expensive and Europe is hurting. Europe is finally seriously diversifying gas supplies but it's come too late and Europe will face a decade of stagnation. Azerbaijan, Qatar, Cyprus, etc. will eventually connect to Europe. But they need to reach Germany which is where all the industry has been concentrated due to the common market. Every country along the route will charge a transit fee, this is precisely why Germany built a direct pipeline to Russia in the first place.

China gets cheap energy, Europe gets expensive energy. Europe gets less competitive, China keeps it's advantage. There is simply no way to spin this as good for Europe.

Euro-normies have been "okay" with migrants for 30+ years, now suddenly they're revolting. The reason is that their quality of life is declining and migrants are the low-hanging fruit. The expansive EU project is the next item on the list, when the masses turn on that it's either fight or revert course.

His theory has been contested numerous times, mainly with accusations that he wrote it in fucking 1904. Before military air branch, before missiles, before tactical bombers able to bomb literally any spot on earth, before nukes, before technological/internet revolution, before global trading done mainly by huge ass container ships. His idea was basically that in his times, whoever held Heartland could control the world because it was practically impossible to influence/attack heartland (in his times when wars were done with horses) and that all the wealth was generated by the land and population (when nowadays it's mainly technology and financial instruments).

Interesting info. I get it now, they block Cypriot pipelines by claiming it's in their waters. Meanwhile both countries build their own pipelines into Europe.

I didn't actually mean the country Cyprus, just the the island. Turkey has clearly been given a free hand to do whatever it wants. It has de facto control over parts of Syria and Iraq. They help their Azeri brothers who are similarly privileged due to being the only route from Central Asia to Europe. Similarly I suspect Turkey will de facto be able to exploit all oil and gas fields around the entirety of Cyprus. People will bitch and complain, but ultimately Germany needs the energy.

Reminder that the British Empire still exists and has two main axes. The first is London Gold Exchange which is where all the leverage for the Western/Global economy exists and they desperately needed Russian mineral resources as collateral to save it. Two, the “Open Societies” socio-political project. This is what people call “institutional leftism” or the “deep state”. It’s actually just a paradigm for post-colonial governance. They mean to maintain the British Empire except in the form of globohomo so no one notices what it is.

Everyone here is wrong and retarded. Here is what it actually means:

This is a desperate move by both of them to get cash flow into the Russian economy which is bursting at the seams. This is a shit deal for China, the Chinks already have a self sufficient power production to meet their needs. So what does it mean for the Chink economy? It means they get fucked. If Russia provides 20% of the energy needs. Well what happens to the Chinese companies relying on a certain price to be able to operate? They get fucked. Chinese lose their jobs, their businesses and China becomes dependent for energy on Russia which is teetering on the edge. Say that 20% mark (or any other percent) is now bombed by a Ukrainian missile or drone. That’s the Chink manufacturing economy now being put under stress so fucking easy it would be retarded for the Chinks to take such a deal.
