What do you hope to accomplish by being racist? You want to live among people of your own ethnicity? Cool. You can do that, your kids can do that, and your grandkids can do that too. You can isolate your "race" into a region of the world where others don't mix with you, for a while.

But here's the thing, the rest of the world is only becoming more and more globalized with time. "Race mixing" is at an all time high around the planet, and there is no reason to think it will ever stop.

Latin America, for example, thoroughly mixed within 500 years, with the bulk of the mixing happening within the first 200-300 years or so, back in a time when mixing was happening at a far slower rate than today.

This exact thing is going to occur throughout the planet, with the entire human species. It's not an agenda, or a coordinated effort, and it wasn't in Latin America either. It just happened naturally over time, and it will happen to all of mankind in the long run.

Racism will only get you so far, because eventually, in the very far future, everyone will become "mixed race", and that's just the progression of life.

Racism isn't an idea. It's an innate quality.
I'm not saying it's good. Or even bad, for that matter - it's tied to survival instincts, after all, and the natural safety individuals feel with others of their own kind. But it's largely natural, something that has to be actively overcome. And that's not always easy.
And it's a quality that exists in everyone across every race, not just White people.
Eliminating racism is only possible when everyone does it. When the expectation is places solely on White people, it becomes impossible for reasons of self-preservation. And, in our current times, the whole burden seems placed on Whites. That is a recipe for failure.
I wish we lived in the world where that was possible but I'm not entirely sure we do. It can only be overcome in case-by-case circumstances rather than as a general rule.

Except it did? Look at where positive discriminaton has gotten us dude. There's a quota in my country that 8% of all government positions need to be fullfilled by blacks. A few months ago the commercial state bank issued job offers for blacks and trans only. So if you are white you are already being discriminated against and barred from entering a high paying job, even if you are more competent. In a country where 95% plus of the population is white, mind you.
