It's sitting on an evidence drive in the arresting agency's files. Just FOIA request it. It was somehow released to a news outlet already so they're not withholding it. The agency has already released it at least once. Get it uncut and you can probably sell it making a few k because people are stupid and don't know how the system works.
The media outlet obviously won't release it, too gruesome. It's a 90lb girl dying of a knife attack from a gorilla. You'd have to get a hold of ut yourself.
