Hey anons, not sure if helpful, but the "guy running on the roof" may be a blotch on the window combined with the movement of the person filming.

Stays same distance from frame of window
The running crouch toward the end looks odd
May be wrong that it is a splotch, but watch it, again with this in mind

Relatedly, the outdoor video of the "guy crouching on the roof" is not identifiably human. It doesn't move. The guy has to zoom way, way in with his phone, so he can't see details with his eyes that we don't see with the zoom-in
Quite possible that neither of these is a dude on the roof
